From the organisers - The competition was designed to allow us to give advice to the parents on Council Tax Benefit and encourage them to ring the Take up team for a calculation to see if they could reduce their council tax bill. Our mascot Bertie Bear also required a new T-shirt so we thought it was a good opportunity to work with 15 schools in Swansea by running the competition.
