| Cheese Pudding |

| Ingredients 2 eggs 250ml milk 100g cheese, grated 50g breadcrumbs a 'pinch' of mustard powder salt and pepper | Method 1. Heat the oven to 200C (Gas mark 6) 2. Crack the eggs and whisk with the milk |

| 3. Mix the eggs, milk, cheese and breadcrumbs together | 4. Add a pinch of mustard, salt and pepper to taste |  | 
| 5. Pour the mixture into a greased tin and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until set |
