 Cheese Pudding

Ingredients

2 eggs

250ml milk

100g cheese, grated

50g breadcrumbs

a 'pinch' of mustard powder

salt and pepper

 

Method

1.  Heat the oven to 200C (Gas mark 6)

2.  Crack the eggs and whisk with the milk

 

 

3.  Mix the eggs, milk, cheese and breadcrumbs together

 

4.  Add a pinch of mustard, salt and pepper to taste 

 

5.   Pour the mixture into a greased tin and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until set
