We heard that Gerald travelled around Wales in 1188 raising an army for the third Crusade to the Holy Lands |

| Gerald told us the story of St David We heard about the miracles that are attributed St David - curing his blind teacher Paulinus... |
... having the ground rise beneath him so that everyone could hear him and see him in the Synod |

| Bringing a plague on a group of men and their animals who were going to attack the monks at St David's - and then curing them when they decided to not attack. |
We were also introduced to some memorable characters! |
