Ingredients

For the base:
25g Self Raising Flour
130 ml milk
4 tablespoons of oil

 

Topping

Cheese
Tomatoe puree
Tinned tomatoes
Ham
Tuna
Sweetcorn
Peppers
Whatever you fancy really!

Pizza - to go!

 

 

1. Weigh out 275 of self-raising flour

2. Sift flour into a large bowl 

 

3. Add 4 tablespoons of oil and the milk

4. Mix all ingredients well 

 

5. Then spend a few moments kneading the mixture all together on a floured surface.

 

6. Separate the mixture into 4 pieces and roll out until each piece is 1/2 cm wide.

7. Cover the base with tomato puree and a handful of cheese.
Add any other toppings you fancy!

 

 

8. Go to your local takeaway and ask nicely for a pizza box.

 

9. Problem solve how to put it together

 

 

10. Bake in the oven (200 degrees Celsius) for 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.

 

11. Enjoy your freshly baked pizza.
