1. Weigh out 275 of self-raising flour | 2. Sift flour into a large bowl |

3. Add 4 tablespoons of oil and the milk | 4. Mix all ingredients well |

5. Then spend a few moments kneading the mixture all together on a floured surface. | 6. Separate the mixture into 4 pieces and roll out until each piece is 1/2 cm wide. 7. Cover the base with tomato puree and a handful of cheese. Add any other toppings you fancy! |
